Castanza
Figured I would make a thread dedicated to news/anything interesting regarding Asia Pacific. It seems this region is becoming more and more important for global politics. It's sort of difficult to find solid info on Asia Pacific happenings. Here are two interesting segments I recently listened to. Singapore PM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGiAln3Wi7s&ab_channel=BloombergPolitics 60 Min Australia Segment on China https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yt3vns42Nd8&ab_channel=60MinutesAustralia
ERICOPOLY
Why did 60 minutes give a translator so much airtime? Why is his thinking relevant and trusted?
Castanza
No clue, the guys language seemed a little fictional/over zealous; but one would think he has some credibility to be on 60 Minutes. China is confusing as hell. Big reason why I just avoid it. The other interview posted was much better imo. Singapore PM seems like a good leader and down to earth. Have a lot of no bullshit opinions on the region
