Amazing how his prognostications come true!  This is truly a gifted human being like Forrest Gump...a damn genius, whose IQ must be at least 150!  The best IQ's around.  Cheers!

Nice Clip!

And he's right on about Obama/Kerry - they "were weak and ineffective"

Thank the previous administration for giving away the store to Iran - now Trump has to clean up the mess.

Probably true!  But he's still nonetheless a walking, talking hypocrite.  Cheers!

If "this" is it(which I am uncertain of), what exactly are all the bitches whining about? You basically traded low level economic damage and zero American or ally lives for the removal of one of the deadliest generals in one of the most dangerous Anti American regions...

Its really been eye opening of late. I dont exactly endorse assassinating foreign leaders, but the fact that liberals hate Trump so much that they are defending known terrorists is pretty alarming.

Yup, they hate Trump and Trump supporters more than they hate Al Qaeda

Some more Trump hypocrisy for ya:

Mnuchin Wants to Delay Disclosure of Trump Travel Expenses Until After Elections

https://www.nationalreview.com/news/mnuchin-wants-to-delay-disclosure-of-trump-travel-expenses-until-after-elections/

The conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch has revealed that the federal government spent almost $97 million on travel expenses for President Obama and his family. While the exact expenditures related to Trump’s travel ad protection remain unknown, there have been some indications that it has far outpaced his predecessors.

Travel expenses for President Trump in just one month of 2017 came in at $13.6 million, as estimated by the congressional-watchdog Government Accountability Office.

However I was calling out Trump for his [continued, now multi-decade long] hypocrisy.

How can someone tell Trump has won on this Iran issue, and that the anti-Trumpers can't manage any strong argument against Trump's bold Middle East move?

Answer:  when all they can say is HYPOCRITE/HYPOCRISY.

Weak.

As I said a couple years ago:

it's an extremely weak point.  Calling a politician a hypocrite is one of the weakest debating points available.  It is so obvious that it convinces nobody about nothing.

It may be the anti-Trumpers' backhanded way of agreeing with Trump without having to admit it.

Soleimani was al-qaeda??? :o :o

Also, I don't see anyone here supporting Iran or terrorism. Do you?

However I was calling out Trump for his [continued, now multi-decade long] hypocrisy.

Yeah, he was a Shiite Terrorist (as opposed to Sunni) - same thing as far as I am concerned. No regard for human life.

I see all kinds of media types and leftists sticking up for this piece of garbage - makes me wonder whose team they are on.

(Not you LC or anyone else here - seriously).

But I stand by my statement - many of these people hate Trump/supporters more than they hate terrorists.

Go ask the Fannie shareholders how awesome Obama is.

You kind of ran away from the Iran attack argument. It was just a retaliatory kill. Hardly an "attack" as you claim.  The proof is in the pudding, he had plenty of opportunities to launch wider military action and has deferred.

The point is he’s happy to criticize Obama for taking a strong stance vs. Iran in an election year, then does the exact same thing himself. This is hypocrisy.

And as a follow up, whether you think hypocrisy means anything or not is a personal decision. Vote how you wish.

Personally I value honesty in my representatives.

Then please share with us who you vote for...

Let me know when you run for office.

Locally you don’t care who I vote for.

Federally, I vote for the least corrupt.  This was Hillary and Obama (2x) previously. At least that way I know how I’m (probably) getting screwed. So in this upcoming election that would be: almost anyone running against Trump.

Anybody being even half assed honest with themselves knows its not possible to declare Trump/Hilary the more/less corrupt candidate. They are both potentially the most corrupt people to ever run, but in either event making the claim that one is better than the other in that regard, is dishonest. Personally, I prefer the one who didn't make tens of millions as a career politician on a $175k annual salary. At least Trump, even if he broke the law, did so as a citizen with a real risk of going to jail. Clinton, since basically the mid 80's has been able to literally get away with murder because of her swamp connections. But that is besides the point.

My main surprise was simply your statement that you value honesty in "your representatives". So I was curious as to whom you found that fit that profile because pretty much any politician above a very, very local level is a dishonest scumbag. The degrees just vary.

Well here in Colorado I voted for Polis knowing full well he wants to raid the piggy bank. But his opponent wanted to run the State as if it were still the wild west cow town of his granpappy’s, and had (has) his weaselly little hands in every corner of the state.

But hey if Hillary were President and doing the same shit as Trump we should be calling her out on it as well.

Well, actually 165 ally lives, because Flight 752 would not have been accidentally shot out of the sky by the Iranians.  So not really casualty free...165 civilians were killed.  Cheers!

Proximate cause would support what I'm saying...that the chain of events was initiated by the U.S....not sure what you are referring to?  Cheers!

^The proximate cause argument is interesting.

"You started first"

"No, you started first"

...

A potential proximate cause would be the Iranian Revolution but then you have to remember the CIA-led coup (against Mossadegh, 1953), or the post-WWII partition by western powers or even the Faustian bargain of 1744 or...

Potentially interesting link for those who want to stretch the domino effect:

Disclosure: As a Canadian, I am grateful for the blanket of security provided by the US and, even if its presence in the ME can be criticized, the region has been mired in an institutional mess and the area remains critical for its natural resources. It's a very tough situation and the strategy has been, it seems, to apply markers around controlled chaos.
