Obviously, it won't matter to government employees or to government-owned enterprise employees. And since the Arctic is apparently melting, may not be a bad idea for Fairfax and its new partners to look at developing oil shipment out of Churchill. If the Russians are capable of navy training, oil development, keeping ports open close to the Arctic circle, you would think that Canadians should be able to open up a year long sea lane through the Hudson Bay.
